Doris B. Bilotti is an Associate with the law firm of Russo, Karl, Widmaier & Cordano PLLC. Ms. Bilotti is primarily involved in all aspects of residential and commercial real property sales and acquisitions. Prior to joining Russo, Karl, Widmaier & Cordano PLLC, Ms. Bilotti was an associate at the law firm of Germano & Cahill P.C. where she practiced in the areas of commercial and residential real property, zoning and land use matters, estates and trusts, and was engaged various stages of municipal litigation and commercial foreclosures.
Previously, Ms. Bilotti was an associate at the law firm of Pachman, Pachman, & Eldridge where she practiced in the areas of real estate, zoning and land use, and municipal law. Ms. Bilotti also handled various aspects of Article 78 proceedings and engaged in various stages of commercial litigation.
Ms. Bilotti began her career as an associate with the law firm of Rivkin Radler, LLP, where she practiced in the areas of trusts and estates and real estate. At Rivkin Radler, LLP Ms. Bilotti was involved in all aspects of estate planning and administration, including the preparation of wills and trusts for high net worth individuals, and analysis of estate and gift tax issues. Ms. Bilotti also focused on preparation of estate and gift tax returns, as well as fiduciary income tax returns. Ms. Bilotti was also involved in post mortem tax planning to facilitate the transfer of wealth from one generation to another.
Before she was admitted to the practice of law, Ms. Bilotti was an intern for Magistrate Judge Arlene Lindsay at the United States District Court, Eastern District.
